The collective of artists associated with Galeria Szaber in Krakow has been active since 2020. Describing their approach, they say, "We don’t shout when things go wrong; instead, we try to butter both sides of the bread to make sure it lands on the floor. We create problematic exhibitions disguised as pure nonsense aesthetics, guided by systematicity, humility, dynamism, and finality—the latter to help us stick to the former. We lay claim to emotions and plunder everything that can be carried away. We strive to keep the vibrations coherent within the framework we’ve set for ourselves, embracing a light romance on the edge."
In Brno, the collective will present the exhibition Ms. S's Delegation at Káznice as part of the Faktor K festival. This exhibition explores the aesthetics of business trips and related themes. The narrative delves into timeless travel, parallel realities, and the hidden dangers of a nearby but unfamiliar city, creating a quasi-criminal story where the artworks serve as evidence. The exhibition is curated by Piotr Sikora. As part of the residency, there will also be a presentation to students of FaVU VUT (Faculty of Fine Arts at Brno University of Technology).
